Was left waiting for more than 10mins for someone to help when I collected car as the person dealing with it wasn’t at his desk. I had to ask for someone else to deal with it as I couldn’t wait longer, especially as there were staff not serving.

Took a while to get through on phone to servicing and arrange for car to be collected. Then pickup date had to be put back by two weeks. Servicing itself was fine and staff very helpful.

I really like their flexibility with regard to dropping off and picking up your car once the service is completed. They always keep you informed of the service progress and the staff are always willing to help with any enquiry you may have.

Customer service excellent as always. However, service was complete around 2pm. After the service, the service indicator mileage has not been reset. 3 days later I had a warning come up on tyre pressures - all different so not checked either. Doubts!

The only problem was the car was delivered with incorrect number plates which went unnoticed it meant an unnecessary journey back to the Stevenage dealer which is a round trip of approx forty miles.

The actual service given by specialist cars was very good it was then when I had to deal with the hire car company that things did not go so well. Had to wait over 24 hours for replacement car with numerous unnecessary phone calls. Needs to be looked

We booked the mini in for what we thought to be a service. When the key was put in the machine, we were told its an MOT.Thanks for the reminder but we could have had it done locally, saving 80 miles round trip, and hours traveling

Booking in offered me the opportunity to have car collected and returned during my working day . However car was returned with rubber mat missing from inside the car and making contact with anyone who could help with this took 3 or 4 phone calls .
