I was asked if I wanted my car cleaned, it had been done the day before, but as I have a soft top I asked if they could remove mildew on the roof. They offered to try. Options were given for further work.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mary called me back to help book my car in for the service and I was looked after Ian during/after the service. Ian pointed out that I didnt require front brake pads changed yet...really liked the honesty.

The fault was not readily identified and staff at the centre did not know how to lock the car but disable the alarm. Once identified, the fault was fixed quickly and staff were very pleasant.

We have had a few issues with pricing where they have not been very accommodating considering the amount of money we have spent with them. Also, car recently came in for a service and they have left the service lights on.

I was disappointed on how long I had to wait for a 'health' check on my mini (1hr 45 minutes) to find that the report only showed visual sight on brakes/pads and tyres! I still do not know if my oil and anti freeze had been checked at my request!

I don’t think I had a good experience at Tring or Stevenage. No one seems to care that I had to bring my car in so many times, waste of petrol & hours. I had to keep emailing & calling to get any response and it took weeks for them to come back to me

Easy drop off. Good courtesy Car. Good communication. Accessible and plenty of parking. Nice reception area if you do want to wait with coffee newspapers and TV on sensible channel but not intrusive. Excellent

Communication can be a little poor eg Inwas not telephoned on the number I provided, the centre tried to reach me at a work number. Also sometimes hard to speak to someone relevant when telephoning in.

No update as promised during the day and I had to phone to change status of my car at 5pm and then had to wait until 6.15 whilst it was washed when I was told it would be ready at 5.30

The time taken for the oil change and brakes was nearly two hours I seemed to be waiting allot longer than other owners who arrived after me but I don't know what they came in for. Not a gripe just the time taken based on previous visits seemed long
