As before had excellent customer service from George and the dealership.
The rating would've been higher but they forgot to update my onboard computer so I had to go back to get this done as my car was still showing the service as due. This shouldn't have been necessary but they corrected the issue speedily.
Wanted me to pay for petrol for a hire car to get me home when I had to bring in my car as a recall for something not my fault. When I expressed this he did not seem to accept with goodwill saying well thats up to you if you choose not to pay
Sort problems out , and you get a nice clean car.

I think you get good service but the wait to pick cars up is always long, even if advisors are sitting alone at their computer. I know you can get coffee/drinks but I'd rather be in and out quickly!

I would have liked to have had the car washed but had to take it away unwashed as I had to leave.

Good customer service although had to wait quite a bit to collect my car this time despite having received a call earlier to tell me It was read and to come and pick it up.
The problem with my cat has not been fixed they should have tested it before releasing it back to me

The centre only seems to want the person who handled the sale to answer any queries I have about my car. She has recently not been available and my messages have not been returned. I think any of the sales team should be able to answer queries.

Broke down everything that done during service and gave advice on tyres etc
When asked to refit a piece of plastic which had fallen off driver's door frame was told it wasn't part of the job in hand.. It would have taken them 5 secs to do this as I was having difficulty.. Car not valeted!
Good service and timely
As usual, I received top class level of customer service at Stevenage. They are not my nearest MINI Centre - I drive further to them because they are so great. All staff are exceptionally professional yet still friendly. I enjoy my visits!
Improved seating area and ambience whilst waiting. Time quoted for job was around one hour. Time taken was one hour but on arrival was told 1-2 hours which I think included a vehicle wash which was declined.
Emily was very helpful kept me up to date with the progress of my car and when I picked the car up she spent plenty of time making sure I was happy with everything

Service & MOT were fine but the windscreen washer didn't work when collecting the car despite this being part of the MOT process
Did take longer than expected.
Appalling. I was told to deliver my car between 8-9, which I did. I had heard nothing by 4PM so called, was advised to come for 6PM. I did not leave the centre till 7:10PM, without the vehicle being cleaned. A complete waste of a day without my car.
Long wait to get car booked in - almost 4 weeks
Initial booking changed by Mini so I had to rearrange personal and business commitments
The Service Engineer was very good (Ian), however I was given mis-information regarding picking up the car on a certain day, as well as warranty costs which was a little disappointing...

Its the second car I've purchased with Specialist cars and came back as my experience with them has always been good
A little disappointed with the overall experience car went in with mini assist breakdown and was there for two weeks. It is meant to be seen within 72 hours.
A problem was picked-up which had nothing to do with the reason the car was there having a brake fluid change. I was very grateful as it required a tyre change.
Dealt with issue promptly .
