I had an issue with the gear linkage failing. I asked for a diagnostic and the earliest it could be done was a month away. I need my car and had to get it sorted elsewhere. With out the diagnostic to help decide if it was a manufacturing fault

Queried something with our contact and he was extemely helpful in speaking with MINI to sort it out. Liked the video recorded of the service to show the brake pads. Turned out we didn't need new brake pads despite the chats to MINI.

I would've liked to have been kept informed about the progress of my car. In the end I had to call the garage, to find out that they would be keeping it overnight.
