I was met with a helpful friendly staff member to check my car in, offered a refreshment, all safety procedures were in place & adhered too, felt safe whilst there, clean facilities, kept informed, sent videos of work completed, walked to my car.
Angel George in service reception was very polite and thorough. Her communication was exceptionally good concerning the ordering of parts. She is a credit to the organisation.

There is nothing I would change. I was disappointed that my car wasn't cleaned as part of the service. However, I presume this is because of Covid, so didn't think it was fair to lower the mark due to circumstances beyond their control.
